Spend your holidays in this newly renovated holiday home in Hordaland near Rosendal am Hardangerfjord. The charming and attractive town of Rosendal is only a few kilometers from the apartment. This holiday property is bright and friendly. The open kitchen with adjoining dining area and the living room with comfortable sofa corner offer a beautiful view of the fjord. The terrace and the adjacent meadow with picnic benches invite you to stay outdoors.

Only a few meters from the apartment is the boat place and some identical neighboring objects, one of which is a little bigger. This holiday home is located at Fjordhytte-18. A floating dock gives you great access to your motorboat. Whether you take a boat trip on the fjord and explore the area or go fishing - you will always discover new sides of Norway.

There are numerous shops, supermarkets and restaurants in the nearby town. A special feature in the vicinity of this object is also the Barony in Rosendal, a small castle with a beautiful park and a remarkable rose garden. Throughout the summer, cultural events take place here, either in the open air or in one of the beautiful rooms of the castle.

The Folgefonn Information Center (FOLNSFONNSENTERET) in the city center reopened on May 2, 2017, offering interactive water and water life exhibits around the Hardangerfjord. Films and the attached boat building museum complete the offer of these interesting exhibitions. A visit is highly recommended.

Anglers will find two salmon rivers nearby and many fish species in the fjord such as cod, saithe, plaice, mackerel, ling and others.

The surrounding mountains invite to adventurous hikes and offer blueberries, cloudberries, raspberries and mushrooms depending on the season.
